About
RAD childcare is an early childhood program is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to learning. We engage children ages infants old to 5 years old with developmentally appropriate experiences and focus on the “whole child.”
Through creative exploration and play, we support each child’s cognitive, physical, emotional, and social growth. We add art to our daily activities and incorporate hands-on STEAM-based learning as we nurture the path to Kindergarten readiness. Get ready to dive into Spanish with our awesome teachers! We'll spice things up with arts and crafts all in Spanish, making learning a blast. Plus, we've got fun activities perfect for little ones to get them started on their language journey! We team up directly with the Children Home Society and the Orange County Department of Education.

A message from the president ..
I put all my effort to create a safe environment for children to express and develop their creativity. Art can be an important tool for
children to find their individuality and my experience working with children of different ages can help me create a fun and pleasing classroom. Bring my warmth, efficiency and expertise to the job of a preschool teacher and help children develop in the best possible way to become the pride of their school and parents.
My goal is to provide a quality early childhood education in Mission Viejo that prepares children in our community for future success in school, and their life. Our philosophy is simple. Small Steps – Big Strides!

What is Reggio Emilia's Message?

Reggio Emilia, is a town still thriving today, more than 50 years since the first gestures of rebuilding and advancing were made.
