Welcome to RAD Childcare – Where Every Child’s Journey Begins with Joy!
RAD Childcare is fully licensed by the California Department of Social Services, Child Care Licensing Program. Our early childhood program is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, offering developmentally appropriate and engaging experiences for children from infancy through age 5, with a focus on nurturing the whole child.
We believe that the early years are the most crucial in a child’s life. That’s why play, creativity, and social connection are at the heart of everything we do. Through hands-on exploration and imaginative play, we support each child’s cognitive, physical, emotional, and social growth.
Art is a daily part of our program and is paired with STEAM-based learning activities that foster curiosity and prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.
Language Through Creativity
Get ready for a fun and immersive language experience! Our wonderful teachers introduce Spanish and Farsi through songs, arts & crafts, and playful conversation—making language learning interactive and joyful for little ones.
Supporting Families
We proudly partner with Children’s Home Society and the Orange County Department of Education BUMO Program, accepting funding to help families access quality childcare. We also provide support with potty training, sleep routines, and speech delay guidance.

A message from the president ..
I put all my effort to create a safe environment for children to express and develop their creativity. Art can be an important tool for
children to find their individuality and my experience working with children of different ages can help me create a fun and pleasing classroom. Bring my warmth, efficiency and expertise to the job of a preschool teacher and help children develop in the best possible way to become the pride of their school and parents.
My goal is to provide a quality early childhood education in Mission Viejo that prepares children in our community for future success in school, and their life. Our philosophy is simple. Small Steps – Big Strides!

What is Reggio Emilia's Message?

Reggio Emilia approach refers to the philosophy of early childhood education that originated in Reggio Emilia, Italy. This unique approach to education begins with a particular and strong image of children, of adults, of education, and of life, and flows from a set of guiding principles. Reggio Emilia, is a town still thriving today, more than 50 years since the first gestures of rebuilding and advancing were made.
